Returns & Exchanges
We know that sometimes things just don't work out! If your product arrives not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com or through our contact page. We will get back to you quickly to discuss a possible resolution. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder.
If you need to return an item, or if your item is damaged, contact us with 48 hours of receiving your package. Most items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.For items needed for a specific event date where a date is listed on an order (ex. party banner), items must be shipped back and a tracking number sent to us no later than 2 days before the event date.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless the reason for return is because of a mistake on our part. The fee for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, electronic receipt, or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products that cannot be resold (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I cancel my order?
Sometimes we change our minds, too! You may request to cancel an order up to 24 hours past the time the order was placed. However, sometimes we get your order processed and/or shipped sooner than this, especially for small items! In this case, we would not be able to cancel your order, so please contact us as soon as possible.
