Returns & Exchanges

Your positive experience with Sprinkled Wishes is very important to me! I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations but exclusions do apply. Simply contact me via the website or e-mail at hello@sprinkledwishes.com with any questions about your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
All orders may be cancelled with 24 hours from the time your order is placed. After 24 hours, your order can be cancelled if I have not yet started processing your order.

RETURN POLICY 
Non-custom items may be returned (items that can be resold to other customers.) Sprinkled Wishes must be notified within 3 days of delivery via the website's "Contact" button or at hello@sprinkledwishes.com.

A return address will be e-mailed to you. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and a refund of the product price will be sent when the product is received. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Keep in mind it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to release funds back to you.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Personalized or customized items such as banners, favor tags, and other items with personal names or colors other than what is in the listing cannot be returned unless the item was not made as ordered.

EXCHANGE POLICY 
All exchanges will be treated as a return and repurchase. Follow the return process as outlined above to receive a refund of the original product. Repurchase the new product as normal.
