RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders may be cancelled with 24 hours from the time your order is placed by contacting Sprinkled Wishes.
RETURN POLICY
Non-custom items may be returned (items that can be resold to other customers.) Sprinkled Wishes must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Delivery date can be confirmed using the tracking number associated with your order.
A return address will be e-mailed to you. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and a refund of the product price will be sent once the product is received in original packaging and condition.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Keep in mind it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to release funds back to you.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Personalized or customized items such as banners, favor tags, and other items with personal names or colors other than what is in the listing cannot be returned unless the item was not made as ordered. A customer photo of the product may be required to confirm product being different than what was ordered.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges will be treated as a return and repurchase. Follow the return process as outlined above to receive a refund of the original product. Repurchase the new product as normal.
